Who are we at TEC?

We are a local family who have lived in Farnham and the surrounding areas since the 1700s. This proposal and project is a true multi-generational family effort, each of us with our own expertise to bring from our respective fields.

As former house builders and entrepreneurs, Valerie and David Burch have now retired and have handed the reins over to their sons. Matthew Burch, a locally based commercial photographer (he who is based in the studio template) and his daughter Tabitha, a Heritage and Cultural MA, are spearheading the proposal at this stage.

The team we have on board so far…

Leigh and Jane Brooks of BWP Architects (www.bwparchitects.com) is on board and fired up to be involved with the design process.

Doug Johnson runs MESH Energy (www.mesh-energy.com) and will with his team partner alongside Leigh to help integrate the sustainability and renewable energy aspects into the designs.

Jim Culverwell of Culverwell Consulting (www.culverwellconsulting.co.uk) will be on board to help craft the lease agreements ensuring fair terms for our tenants. Jim’s principal client base is acting for tenants but it ties to our core values that we develop leases which are fair for both sides from the outset.
