Introducing three team members…

We have quite frankly some very exciting news!

We have an Architect, an Energy Consultant and a Lease Consultant on board.

Covid and lockdowns have clearly upset planned timelines across the board, so our initial plan to have everything in place for Q1 this year has changed, but it hasn’t stopped the conversations. Yes, we keep getting enquiries for the Stakeholder Tenancy offering and these are proving interesting and inspiring but the BIG news today is we have chosen our: Architect, Energy Consultant and Lease Consultant.

Leigh and Jane Brooks of BWP Architects (www.bwparchitects.com) are on board and fired up to be involved with the design process.

Doug Johnson runs MESH Energy (www.mesh-energy.com) and will with his team partner alongside Leigh to help integrate the sustainability and renewable energy aspects into the designs.

Jim Culverwell of Culverwell Consulting (www.culverwellconsulting.co.uk) will be on board to help craft the lease agreements ensuring fair terms for our tenants. Jim’s principal role is acting for tenants but it ties to our core values that we develop leases which are fair for both sides from the outset.

We have more people to talk with about acting for us and being part of the team and we’ll announce them as soon as we are able.
